How does the performance work?
When it’s time for your performance, you will receive a call on the phone number you provided to the box office.
What should I do to prepare?
You can experience the performance from anywhere you choose, but we recommend a quiet, comfortable location where it’s easy to hear and speak. Please be ready to receive our call a few minutes before your scheduled time. (If necessary, do adjust your phone settings so that a call from an unknown number won’t be blocked.) The performance is approximately 10 minutes long.
What if I can’t answer my phone at the scheduled time?
Please take careful note of your scheduled time so that you will be ready for our call. We will make 3 attempts to reach you. If you know in advance that you need to change or cancel your time, please contact the box office.
