FOREST / FLUX / FREQUENCY is a sound/noise performance through experimental + improvisational music and DIY electronics that speculates a future when nature can only be accessed through projections, electro-mimicry, and simulations. Inspired by texts from Indigenous author Ailton Krenak, a conversation between a bug and a tree spark soundscapes that often whisper: we are all so vulnerable, but we must have the courage to be radically alive.

PAST CRITICAL REVIEW for FOREST/FLUX/FREQUENCY
“This piece is a post-apocalyptic take on ecology, this idea that nature no longer exists in the future and can only be accessed through videos, projections and electronics. However, while still pessimistic, it is also extremely beautiful and even brings moments of great humor” – Mark Takeshi McGregor, artistic director of SUM Gallery, for Outlook TV in November 2024
